The Planned Jewish Migration Out of Israel

By JC Collins

On March 16, 2014 the Times of Israel published a little discussed pieced titled Leaked Report: Israel Acknowledges Jews in Fact Khazars; Secret Plan for Reverse Migration to Ukraine.   Just four weeks before this explosive publication, on February 18, 2014, the official and democratic government of Ukraine was ousted and a Jewish supported new interim government was appointed.  Both of these occurrences can be connected to the larger construction of a new world capital in Kazakhstan called Astana.

The Times of Israel piece is important because for the first time there is a semi-official pronouncement of the Khazarian heritage of Eastern European Jews who migrated to the land of Palestine and established the nation of Israel.

This idea was first promoted by the Hungarian historian Arthur Koestler in his 1976 book titled The Thirteenth Tribe.  Koestler suffered heavy criticism and his book was the target of a massive propaganda campaign meant to discredit his work.  The fact that an official Jewish publication is now discussing a “secret report” promoting the same conclusion should not go unnoticed by the large contingent of online scholars and historians.

The Khazars were a Mongol-Tatar people who converted to Judaism in mass during a tumultuous time in Eastern European history.  Surrounded on both sides by the warring religions - Christianity and Islam, the Khazar Empire choose the path of Judaic conversation as a means of stemming off invasion from either of its larger neighbors.

In the 11th Century the Russian Empire conquered Khazaria and destroyed any possibility of a larger establishment of a Khazarian/Jewish homeland in Eastern Europe. Centuries later the Khazarian remnants gained a level of revenge by orchestrating the Bolshevik Revolution and murdering the Russian monarch family the Romanovs.

It is probable, but not easily proven, that after Lenin’s death and the rise of Stalin, the Soviet Union once again came under control of the ethnic Russians.  This lasted until the fall of the Berlin Wall and the complete collapse of the USSR, at which time the foreign encouraged oligarchs who contributed to the economic downfall of the Union established a de facto business and industrial dictatorship over what remained.

Ironically the nation of Israel established diplomatic ties with the former Soviet Union member state of Kazakhstan in 1991, along with others, such as Georgia.  The relationship between Israel and Kazakhstan has grown at a steady pace and includes coordination along political, trade, economic, defense, and intelligence lines.

Since the rise of Vladimir Putin in Russia and the arrest and expulsion of the oligarchs, there has been an exodus of ethnic Russians from Kazakhstan back to the motherland.  This migration has included Russian doctors, teachers, scientists, and other prominent members of society. As such, Israel has been providing Kazakhstan with an increase in Jewish expertise in those same areas as relations tighten even further.

In addition, 25% of Israel’s oil comes from Kazakhstan.  This is set to grow substantially in the coming years as Israel finds itself further isolated diplomatically and will be forced to give up the West Bank and possibly the Gaza Strip in order to appease international pressure.  Settlers from these areas have already begun to migrate into Kazakhstan, but not at the anticipated pace of migration into Eastern Ukraine.

As strained relations between Russia and Kazakhstan increase, and military bases on both sides of the border are hardened, the battle for control of Eastern Ukraine quietly continues without much coverage in the Western media.  This war is meant to remove the ethnic and Russian speaking majority from the east of the country - a region which made up a large section of the Khazar Empire a thousand years before.

When the map of ancient Khazar is superimposed over a modern map of Eastern Europe we can clearly see the importance of Ukraine and Crimea, as well as other areas of past tension and war, such as Georgia.

Publication2

Considering the inevitability of a Palestinian state, the need to resettle the settlers in the West Bank and Gaza Strip to Ukraine is becoming an all-important issue.  This migration was originally intended to load Crimea with Jewish migrants but the Russian move to annex Crimea through official diplomatic means has caused a readjustment on strategies.

The pressure building along Russia’s borders from NATO and Western Jewish financiers, such as George Soros, is intent on establishing a new Khazaria which will be larger than the original and will incorporate the nation of Kazakhstan.  The remnants of the old Khazaria are working towards this objective from within the nations of Israel, Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, and Kazakhstan.

A new capital called Astana was established within Kazakhstan on December 10th, 1997.  This capital is under construction and has contributed to a massive construction boom in the region.  This new futuristic city is full of Masonic symbolism and New World Religion designs.  Though it has relatively flown under the radar for many years, there is a surprisingly large amount of information available about the construction of Astana.

It is looking obvious that both Russia and China are willing to accept the establishment of this new Khazaria in the heart of the Eurasian continent.  The monetary objectives of all players on designing a new international financial framework is extremely telling of the more macro geopolitical and economic alignments taking place.

The establishment of a one world system of governance, including political, economic, and religious, can be compared to herding cats.  It would almost seem impossible if it weren’t for the fact that all cats were being directed down a very wide pathway which allows them to bump into one another and switch sides consistently as they rush to the final objective.  Strange times on the new world frontier.  – JC

  1. Mr. Collins:

Finally, finally,......we are directed and pointed to the root source of all of the economic, financial, political, and military problems on this planet for the past 250+ years.

    The "roaming" ones.

    The "Black Box"

    The Saturnian Brotherhood.

    The harlots of Babylonia

    https://biblicisminstitute.wordpress.com/2015/03/17/the-truth-about-the-conflict-with-russia/

The Khazars are alive and well and as evil as ever.

The dark side of the Yide and Yang.

  2. Après moi, le deluge!

I've visited Israel three times, and it was pretty obvious to anyone with a pair of eyes that resources were an issue. The place was a dusty wreck, complete with concrete barriers everywhere.

Makes perfect sense to re-locate somewhere with more resources, communications and transport. Sort of like a tic, jumping to a different host.

Then, of course, what's left of Israel can be nuked, and along with it those pesky Palestinians, leaving no evidence or records behind of wrong-doing by the previous parasites.

Who to blame this time? Iran?

  3. J.C, this is certainly one of the distinguishing pieces you have ever written. You bring into light a not widely discussed, an obscure phenomenon if you will. For over a year or so, I'm becoming more and more of certain of the disintegration of the current Russian Federation in at most a decade and this piece of yours offers great insight into some of the mechanics employed to achieve this end. Incorporation of Kazakstan and maybe some other Central Asian republics in the future to the new Khazaria spells the end of Eurasian Economic Union, does it not?

  4. “Our race is the Master Race. We are divine gods on this planet. We are as different from the inferior races as they are from insects. In fact, compared to our race, other races are beasts and animals, cattle at best. Other races are considered as human excrement. Our destiny is to rule over the inferior races. Our earthly kingdom will be ruled by our leader with a rod of iron. The masses will lick our feet and serve us as our slaves.” Menahem Begin, 6th Prime Minister of Israel’s speech to the Knesset (24 June 1982) – Quoted in “Begin and the Beasts” Amnon Kapeliouk, in The New Statesman (25 June 1982)

  5. At least some people can see the funny side of the situation:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgqNdf-VOCg&feature=youtu.be

It is r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s that we have allowed ourselves to get into this situation.

It is r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s that we have not grown up and can no longer tell the difference between right and wrong.

It is r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s that it might take another couple of hundred years of slavery before we figure this trap out (not holding my breath).

@JC: a change of tone, I perceive? The burning of your home town a step too far?

    1. Same tone as always. The burning of my home town was an accident. Growing up in Fort McMurray everyone knew that the city was at risk of forest fires. It is surrounded by wilderness with a high level of activity and population. It was inevitable. All it took it was a mild winter with very little snow and a dry spring. No mystery or conspiracy.

      1. Oh, OK, only I did hear something about a possible build up of alumnium particulates in the trees, which helped fuel the fire.

Anyway, I do hope everyone is now safe and able to go home.

We have the opposite problem here, haven't seen the sky in weeks and heavy laden clouds with plenty of rain. Cold too, I've lit the fire at the end of May.

        1. There's a few conspiracy theories bouncing around as there is with any consequential event. I can assure you, the forest up here gets super dry and a fire in high wind conditions does not need anything extra. My brother said the fire came so fast when the wind changed that it was frightening. Appreciate your concern Susan. Many are starting to go back home this week, but essential services are at a minimum. It'll take months and years to get back to normal.

  6. not even a hedge fund? or a central bank in need of inflation ?

Interesting article. I've read about this, and continue to read and reread history and current events in a different light (or darkness)

  7. Tribes have killed and migrated for many years (maybe millions for all we know). At any point in history, if I were a time traveller, there would be the same script with different names. I tend to think this madness, believing we need to live in fear to survive is a human condition that will not collectively be overcome to create any type of utopia. Like you always say JC, the system will be self corrupted... Because WE self corrupt. All of us.

The symbolism is interesting. I get symbols are a way to universally communicate ideas (thought forms) much more efficiently than language. The symbols are drawings until humans put meaning behind them, and the energy and focus towards mastering said meaning gives the ego a nice
Boost. Thinking it's superior. These masonic symbols... How are they used differently than someone following any other religion with symbols, thinking they have the best absolute knowledge and truth?

Maybe in my next life I'll be born a khazarian 🙂 lol

    1. So true Dee. Perhaps the Absolute Whole intended this system to be just how it is. If we can wrap our head around this concept it becomes easy to see that everything...well almost everything we do in an outward way is a corruption of that system.

As the Absolute Whole is both night and day it should also be hate and love. Wouldn't this highlight the importance of balance between the two? And by extension balance of everything?

I've heard time and time again while growing up that "moderation is the key." Seems those words no longer are just words, now they have some inner meaning tied to them.

So balance between humanity and nature perhaps may play here. As such with so many of us how on earth can we keep in balance with nature if we haven't been able or concerned about it for so, so long? Is it even possible? If not...? Is there any truth to spontaneous ascension?

In earlier days of man we had much shorter life spans. The extension of our human lives alone has created an imbalance and we are now so populated perhaps balance with nature cannot be found. At least with our old mindset.

  8. JC,
Perhaps the Khazaria Plan is far more viable than the Oded Yinon Plan. How are the fascist (anti-Zionist) elements of the nations within the countries you mentioned (Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, and Kazakhstan) likely to react to this transition?

  9. Maybe there should be a secret plan for all North Americans of European and African descent to relocate them to their countries of origin. Is there no clue for such an evil plan?

I think I know the internal deficiency for people to create imaginary enemies: powerlessness. Powerless people can never take responsibility for their reality and are stuck in the blame game. If powerless people would find real enemies they wouldn't stand a chance: so creating imaginary ones is a very safe alternative. They can be angry in their safe imaginary world, seemingly without the threat of physical consequences.

Unfortunatly they ignore the fact there are very real consequences for ignoring ones internal deficiencies. The universe is meticulous and will relentlessly create congruent events to fit ones subconscious deficiency.

Maybe I am an evil Khazarian foot soldier, or secret Ashkenazi leader... No wait, I am an evil hypermasonic mind programmer and if you read my comments you will be under my full control.... completely powerless! Again! 😉

    1. Yeah but it's your fault.....lol. Sorry pal couldn't help the inner playfulness 🙂

Dee's right, we have conquered and migrated for such a long time.

Can we even learn how to love? What would we be like if we loved what we didn't know before hating it, instead of hating it and then trying to love it once we no longer fear it? Would the hatred slip from our minds as love slips from our hearts today?

Those first impressions seem to have such lasting effects.

      1. Yep, I will take full responsibility for all inconveniences within my universe 🙂

        I also ageee with Dee.

And I think the newspaper article was full of satire. But still interesting to see how easily even intelligent people go with the imaginary enemy suggestion.

        1. "And I think the newspaper article was full of satire. But still interesting to see how easily even intelligent people go with the imaginary enemy suggestion."

I'm pretty sure that was the exact intent. But the mechanics where spot on and all telling. A fisherman of men. The bait is the conspiracy. Once hooked its time to feast. Poor fish. Awesome show though. Still....poor fish.

The interesting thing is that like most rumors there is usually a fragment of truth in there. Sometimes its a very very small fragment do to all the satire built around it but nonetheless its there. Just seems to depend on what we are looking for. Truth or conspiracy...we seem to see what we want to see.

Your universe...that wasn't the intent you're supposed to be responsible for my universe and everyone's universe. How else can we continue to beg scapegoats and saviors to do the labor for us? lol. Good one dripfood 🙂

          1. "The interesting thing is that like most rumors there is usually a fragment of truth in there."

I ageee. The Khazar empire was probably a fact. And it's possible that some Khazars converted to Judaism.
And Isreali military support for Ukraine might also be a fact.

But to connect these facts by evil intent is most likely a product of a fearful mind that seeks control through extrrnal focus.

          2. Not you JC. I don't take you to be a conspiracy buff. Nor a man who has subconscious issues with powerlessness. I know you are able to take responsibility and be humbled by your own mistakes.

I was referring to some commenters who's fire was lit by your post.

Maybe I shouldn't have. I tend to get lit myself by people who express stupid hatred against Jewish folks. Apologies for that.

  10. JC,

I would have to recommend that you exercise a bit more caution before posting something like this. Although not explicitly stated, the 2014 article you have referenced is clearly a satire piece. A quick perusal of the comments will confirm it. It came out around the Jewish holiday of Purim which makes it the equivalent of an April Fool’s joke. One of the first links in the article is to “Israeli scientist isolates ‘satire gene’” that says just that at its end.

    http://www.timesofisrael.com/israeli-scientist-isolates-satire-gene/

There are many other clues of satire in the article, such as calling the new Khazaria by the Yiddish Chazerai.

    https://yiddishwordsoftheweek.wordpress.com/2013/04/01/chazerai/

This is a double entendre as the Yiddish word, chazerai means something that is trash or junk and is derived from the word khazir, or ‘pig’. Both sound an awful lot like Khazar.

    You state:

“The Times of Israel piece is important because for the first time there is a semi-official pronouncement of the Khazarian heritage of Eastern European Jews who migrated to the land of Palestine and established the nation of Israel.”

This is clearly not the case, as there is no actual link to any such statement in the original article, which only references, without proof or link:

“A blue-ribbon team of scholars from leading research institutions and museums has just issued a secret report to the government, acknowledging that European Jews are in fact Khazars.”

The Khazarian hypothesis is interesting in and of itself, and there are many fascinating possibilities there, especially in light of recent events in the old Khazar Empire area, but nothing conclusive with respect to linkage to Ashkenazi Jews. Even David Duke, a long time proponent of this theory, has his doubts.

    http://davidduke.com/rethinking-khazar-theory/

So, again, I’d have to reiterate that I recommend a much more careful investigation before posting something like this. Although Astana sure is something, that’s for sure!

    1. Though I appreciate your concern, I don't fully agree with your conclusion regarding the linked article. It's easy to google a Yiddish Word of the Week and the comments section does not provide any authoritative conclusions, only the usual slop. With that being said, no one article should be taken as 100% conclusive.

      Is this piece also satire:
      http://www.haaretz.com/jewish/2.209/ancient-lost-capital-of-the-jewish-khazar-kingdom-found-1.254377

I find the research of Arthur Koestler to be thorough and something which provides a solid base for further study. I never post anything without thorough consideration and don't particularly care for the opinions of David Duke, or others of his ilk. Thanks for the recommendations.

      1. JC,

First off, I actually speak Hebrew and Yiddish, so I’m not googling a Yiddish word of the week for what I wrote. Anyone who speaks Yiddish wouldn’t have to google khazir or chazerai to get the reference and the joke. I just provided the link for those who do not.

I do agree that the comments section doesn’t necessarily provide any conclusive evidence, but based on the comments which propose the April Fool’s nature of the article, in conjunction with many other points made in the article, I believe this to be the case.

Beyond this particular article, the crux of the matter, from my point of view, is that there is a really big difference between finding an archaeological site that is believed to have been the Khazar capitol, as detailed in the Haartez article, and stating, as you do, that the State of Israel has made “…a semi-official pronouncement of the Khazarian heritage of Eastern European Jews who migrated to the land of Palestine and established the nation of Israel.”

I don’t think anyone disputes the historical fact of the conversion of the Khazarian Empire to Judaism. I too think that Koestler and Sand have done some very interesting and great work. The point of contention is whether or not Eastern European, or Ashkenazi, Jews, of which I am one, are descendants of the Khazarian converted or not and that controversy is all about the genetics.

And this is precisely why I linked to David Duke’s article. I don’t particularly like him and his ‘ilk’ but he really does some good analysis, IMHO. I try to separate out dislike for an individual when evaluating their work, even if they have a known agenda. The thesis of the article which I linked to is that there is really only ONE genetic study which claims to have conclusively found a link between Ashkenazi Jews and the Khazars. All the rest, of which there are many, do not and therefore, even though he had been a proponent of the Khazarian theory, for his own purposes, he has changed his stance based on the evidence. So while the jury is definitely still out, I personally think the currently available evidence points to Ashkenazi Jews NOT being descendants of the Khazars, at least not in a genetically significant way.

And finally, the original article you cite is from 2014. Has there been any news in the intervening two years confirming what it suggests? That Jews are actually migrating from Israel to the Ukraine or anywhere else in the former Khazaria? I couldn’t find any. In fact all I found was evidence to the contrary. A small sample:

        http://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/1.675448

        https://news.vice.com/article/why-record-numbers-of-ukrainian-jews-are-fleeing-to-israel

        1. Of course there hasn't been any news because the Ukraine situation was arrested by Russian assistance and the plan to take control of Eastern Ukraine has been delayed or permanently altered. Which was somewhat the point which was being made in my post, alongside both Russia and Kazakhstan hardening defenses on their borders while the relationship between Israel and Kazakhstan deepen. Minimizing the rest of the material provided does not make for a convincing case on your part. Referencing one article and one word, a word which could very well have its negative connotation derived from the actual loss of the Khazar Empire, while ignoring the rest of the accurate material, suggests you are not interested in a broad evaluation.

So let's take a closer look at your twisting of information. The article you quoted "Why Record Number of Ukrainian Jews are Fleeing to Israel" is used by you to suggest my whole premise is inaccurate, while not mentioning the differences which are taking place between western and eastern Ukraine, something which I have drawn attention to in the original piece. The article you linked is actually about Jews moving from eastern Ukraine, not Ukraine in whole, something which fits into my thesis.

The other Haaretz article you linked is also based on the turmoil in eastern Ukraine. Of course there is a jump in Jews leaving Ukraine and returning to Israel. But its not disproportionate. While 6900 Jews have left Ukraine in the time period quoted, another 5900 have migrated from Russia to Israel. But wait, the highest number of Jews who have moved to Israel in the same time period is 7350 from France. So your big debate angle at the end of your comment is a dud, and only serves to support my original premise in the POM article about Russia and expose your own personal bias.

I can go on and on all day with this, but I will leave you with this last thought. Here is an article written on September 22, 2015 (does that fit within your acceptable window of relevancy?) by Thomas Friedman titled "Kazakhstan is Israel".
          http://thomasfriedmanopedgenerator.com/Kazakhstan%2Bis%2BIsrael%2B39548f
The article is clearly about Kazakhstan but there is no direct reference to Israel in the piece. It's not even mentioned. One can say that he is alluding to the similarities between the challenges facing Kazakhstan and the ones facing Israel, but the choice of comparison and title to the article are very interesting. Double meanings and insinuations are often used to "suggest" alternative considerations and plant subconscious comparisons. Titling the article "Kazakhstan is Israel" is extremely suggestive.

The original article which you have used as your offensive position could also be such a double-suggestive, regardless of any other interpretations. But fortunately there are hundreds of other references about Khazaria, the growing relationship between Israel and other former Soviet states, such as Georgia and Kazakhstan, including the sharing of resources and the transfer of talent from Israel, as well as the growing resistance of Russia to this advancing regional influence, to support the premise which I put forward, which is that Israel is interested in the creation of a new Khazar nation.

I'd recommend that you exercise a bit more caution before making comments like these.

  11. Veterans Today writes about a mafia offshoot of this group of ethnicities all the time but some of their stuff is bogus and they say so.

I am pretty sure their is no octopus entity using internal deficiencies as a weapon to infiltrate into places of power.

    No way! A-s-t-a-n-a----S-a-t-a-n-a

    Surely just a coincidence.

  12. For what it's worth:
I am currently in Shanghai for business and oddly enough, one day after reading this article I see an ad on CNBC that is promoting a 2017 summit in Astana. This summit will focus on the future of energy. The fact that Astana is opening itself up to hold such summits while actively boasting about its new construction and promoting itself as a center of importance for future endeavors is quite interesting.

It's so satisfying (to me as a westerner) to see how open the east is to discussing things like financial change, energy issues and other issues such as tensions surrounding the South Chins Sea on tv and in their newspapers. I hear no such things while I read financial news stateside. Perhaps I am not digging deep enough but while I am in China all these issues are very topical and they make it easy to absorb... by design no doubt.

  13. "Not you JC. I don’t take you to be a conspiracy buff. Nor a man who

If any fire was lit, it was from you but now that my post is not just below yours do to rearranging it looks like I am lost in my own thoughts. Thanks!

Now I know I am a powerless conspiracy buff. Thank you for your projection Mr. dripfood.

Who I am and what I think is not what you described. I am what I am and what I think about things changes upon more information and pondering but I give you the go ahead to carry on your labeling of my internal deficiencies as it shows your prejudice.

    1. Hi Rudd, I know I have no way of really knowing you, as I can only know my self.

My reaction to some of the comments was emotional and therefor without merit. I have noticed that my capacity to be happy decreases significantly when I letting my happiness depend on the behavior of others. When I forget, I get emotional and project the resulting unhappiness. As a fellow fragment of the same whole, I again offer my apologies for that.

As you have deduced correctly, my power to manipulate mind or matter is near absent, although I am slowly learning to change my own mind.

I truly hope you won't have to conform to satanic sun worshippers in the future.

      Best wishes.

  14. Hey cool nice reply.

Conspiracy theorist has two meanings. For most people who don't read much it means tin-foil hat nut job. The other meaning is conspiring to get the outcome a party wishes, be it good or bad e.g. Hegelian Dialectics,Century of Self.

There is a ton of conspiring going on but unless one spends a whole lot of time on one little issue all you end up with is a theory with holes to fill.

So the second kind I am but much longer of diving into this stuff and I may need a tin-foil hat.

  15. Astana-Satana-Satanael

The Second Book of Enoch, also called the Slavonic Book of Enoch, contains references to a Watcher (Grigori) called Satanael.[21] It is a pseudepigraphic text of an uncertain date and unknown authorship. The text describes Satanael as being the prince of the Grigori who was cast out of heaven[22] and an evil spirit who knew the difference between what was "righteous" and "sinful".[23] A similar story is found in the book of 1 Enoch; however, in that book, the leader of the Grigori is called Semjâzâ.

    Slavonic!

In the Book of Enoch, the Watchers (Aramaic עִירִין, iyrin) are angels dispatched to Earth to watch over the humans. They soon begin to lust for human women and, at the prodding of their leader Samyaza, defect en masse to illicitly instruct humanity and procreate among them. The offspring of these unions are the Nephilim, savage giants who pillage the earth and endanger humanity. Samyaza and his associates further taught their human charges arts and technologies such as weaponry, cosmetics, mirrors, sorcery, and other techniques that would otherwise be discovered gradually over time by humans, not foisted upon them all at once. Eventually God allows a Great Flood to rid the earth of the Nephilim, but first sends Uriel to warn Noah so as not to eradicate the human race. The Watchers are bound "in the valleys of the Earth" until Judgment Day. (Jude verse 6 says that these fallen angels are kept "in everlasting chains under darkness" until Judgement Day.)

    Watchers!

  16. A honest display of the state the world is in.

"I am a sovereign. I follow the paradigm of what a brilliant “Indigo Child” summed up in a poem on one of the discussion boards:

-The government is a reflector of those it governs.

-Those who can govern themselves have no need for government.

-Those who deny their self-sovereignty have a government of tyranny.

-Those who do not want to hear the truth have a government that lies.

-Those who imprison their own wills have a government that reflects the denial of their freedom.

-Those who don’t want to think for themselves have a government that does the thinking for them.

-Those who have no inner unity have a government enforcing separation.

    Get it?

    il divino"

A pretty well done essay if you ask me.
